After dropping off the boyfriend at the train this am I did a quick run to Walgreens to pick up a stash of lippie loot! I picked up 4 Jordana Twist & Shine lip balm stains for $2.99 each! I didn't even mean to, it was an accident. a happy one at that! That's less than what I would spend on one Clinique Lipstick! They feel comfortable on the lips, and the dark colors stain your lips long after the balm has worn off! I actually had to use makeup remover to get the dark colors off! I can apply this once in the am and then just carry a clear lip gloss (I usually just use a Carmex tube because I like the tingle!) because the color stain just will not budge on my lips (although the balm will wear off within a few hours. If I apply more, the color becomes too saturated for me!)
They are all super pretty colors! My favorite is the Sweet Pink! It is a mid-tone, blue based pink that is so girly and I've never tried a color like this before so it's fun to add it to my lippie collection! How was that for a Swatchtastic post?! For your viewing pleasure!
